A: There are several opportunities that could lead to a Hair BNB:

your space isn’t quite ready and you have to leave the first

creative space to perform your tasks; -
Perhaps your business is growing and you wish to service your

Q: What are my rental options at he Said she Said Salon and Beyond?
A: Open stations, bar top, or private rooms are an option.
Q: What is the neighborhood like?
A: Situated directly off a highway and quick access to two other major highways, he Said she Said Salon and Beyond is located in a business condo office park with plenty of parking. You will also have a very short drive to several food and beverage options.

Q: What are the amenities of the private room?
A: You will have access to the following amenities for private room rentals:

Dedicated Private space with floor to ceiling walls and a door

Can be used as an office space or private space for beauty services

Small bonus utility sink inside room.

*All other tools and equipment are the responsibility of the stylist or service provider.

GUIDE & FAQ FOR CREATIVE & MICRO-EVENT SPACE RENTALS
Q: What is a micro-event?
A: They are traditional events condensed in size and scope, sometimes in an untraditional setting which adds to the character of your event and makes it creative!

Q: What can the spaces be used for?
A: Classes, workshops, trainings, socials, mini-seminars, pop-up shops, business launches, photo shoots, even small weddings! ...and more!

Q: What are the space sizes?
A: There are two sections in our main space. The measurement for the main area is 36x14’8. The adjoining annex is 11’2x10’5.
Capacity: 60-75 Theater style (Table seating capacity depends on style/set-up). There is also a private room/space available for one-on-one trainings or office use. While here, you can have access to the following:

Q: What are the rental rates?
A: Rates can be hourly or daily depending on availability. Special weekday discount rates are also available.
Q: Am I allowed to bring food?
A: Yes, but food must already be prepared. If food must be warmed, you are responsible for doing so with your own equipment (pans and Sternos for bigger dishes). A list of preferred caterers can be provided for you to explore or outside catering is allowed.
