Education is what we are really passionate about...what we thrive on with education as a staff reflects what we do as service providers!  Even deeper than that, we are passionate about sharing the knowledge with beauty service providers all over so that salon guests everywhere can have a greater salon experience! 

B.T.S. Academy (Beyond The Salon) is a local resource for education in the beauty industry and a division of he Said...she Said Salon and Beyond. BTS will host educational events, big or small, to help any contemplating or working in the beauty and barber industry to increase their knowledge and make an impact! Your needs are our quests…skill, salon team building, management, you name it- we’ll help or find the help for you! The founders of BTS do not claim to have all the answers but they have a common goal…that is to find the education, bring it to you, or take you to it and share helpful knowledge and connections to make links in the beauty industry and overall create a chain that is strongly connected for the advancement of all!
